We needed to replace our original wooden single pain sash windows as we were having constant issues with cold and humidity in our house. We gathered several quotes and not only were Swain Brothers the most competitive, but they were the only ones that said we could keep our shutters. Arrived on the day on time, replaced a total of seven large windows in a few hours and left the place clean and tidy with our original shutters still intact.
Swain Brothers installed ten double glazed windows, back door and front door (with side panels). The quality of the work was excellent. They took the trouble to order a front door from a firm they do not normally use as it was one we specifically wanted. They were clean, tidy and efficient and finished the job in three days.

On recomendation from a familiy member, Swain Brothers built a brand new 3x3m Edwardian conservatory for me, including a dwarf wall, adjustable vent window in the roof, multiple electrical sockets and the special blue glass in the roof. FIrst rate job all around I am very happy with the work done.

Have been using Swain Brothers since moving to Eastbourne seven years ago . We have been updating our B&B, and always use them for any replacement windows or new panels. Always excellent service – arrive on time and clear up behind them. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
During the last three years they have installed a total of eight new double glazed UPVC windows and an external door on three separate occasions & are highly recommended. They are reliable; quotes are competitive and the standard of workmanship is excellent.
